What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Litigation Attorney position at The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C.?
The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C., is a top-rated plaintiff's personal injury firm in Marietta, Georgia. We are looking to hire a new associate to work on a team handling pre-litigation cases that may vary in size and level of complexity. The cases will consist primarily of motor vehicle accidents with some premises liability.
We hold a high standard and believe in providing excellent, personalized legal representation for our clients. We do not cut corners. The right candidate will not only support the firm’s core values, but be highly motivated, competitive, detail-oriented, and love helping people. We do not want applicants who want to be a personal injury attorney based on the belief it is an easy way to make money. We want applicants who truly want to help people and believe in going above and beyond to help injury victims recover the best possible result.
We will consider candidates at any experience level if they are the right fit for the position and for the firm.
The compensation package will include a combination of a base salary, quarterly bonus potential, employer-paid health insurance, 401k and profit-sharing plan, a generous holiday and PTO policy, and a budget for CLE. We are also open to a hybrid work schedule.
