The Champion Firm is a top-rated personal injury law firm with offices in Marietta, Woodstock, and Midtown. We’re seeking a highly motivated, organized, and exceptional paralegal with pre-suit and litigation experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of personal injury law experience. We provide top-shelf, personalized client service which requires that you be empathetic, compassionate, and patient with clients and others. We’re willing to pay a salary at the top of the market for a superstar. The caseload for this position will primarily be motor vehicle accidents as well as some premise liability and medical malpractice cases.
Responsibilities, though not inclusive:
- Communicate with clients, counsel, courts, experts, and others
- Be empathetic, compassionate, and patient with clients and others
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
- Analyze, organize, and redact documents for production
- Analyze and summarize medical records
- E-filing with Federal and State courts
- Gather evidence
- Schedule depositions
- Manage multiple deadlines and tasks
- Assist with mediation and/or trial preparation
- Ensure overall organization of case file in Filevine

This is a full-time (40 hours weekly) hybrid position that requires people skills and emotional intelligence, and the ability to support the firm’s core values.
Benefits:
Compensation is dependent on experience and qualifications, including base salary, quarterly bonuses, employer-paid health insurance, 18 days of annual PTO, 401k, profit sharing, and nine paid holidays.
