Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, lead and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive insurance sales and expand client base.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Client Engagement: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining an ongoing relationship with key clients and addressing their needs.
- Training & Development: Coach and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License is crucial.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in insurance sales management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management and ability to motivate teams to achieve excellence.
