As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative at The Champs Agency, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our mission. Your primary focus will be generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and providing exceptional service to our community. This position offers a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, with base compensation starting at $36,000 annually. As we grow, there will be opportunities to advance to senior producer or supervisor roles based on performance.
