We require demonstrable experience with advanced MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and database platforms. Key responsibilities of this position are:
- Manage and organize complex sales and service documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide expert customer support, leveraging your software skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to optimize processes and utilize database systems effectively.
- Take ownership of projects, demonstrating exceptional follow-through and software proficiency.
