We are moving towards a Test-Driven development and Continuous Integration environment using Bamboo and GIT. The candidate will work alongside a team of seasoned engineers whose main objective is to maintain all aspects of the overall software development lifecycle and ensure the on-time, quality delivery of software product releases.Responsibilities include : Working closely with Tech leads and business partners to define Agile stories for new capabilitiesHands on coding, performing code reviews, unit testing and production issue solvingEmploying advanced expertise in software design and specifications to design effective processes to incorporate predictive or adaptive design techniques.Assisting in design and implementation of new stories and bug fixesMentoring junior staff in the team and helping them reach their career goalsPartnering with fellow developers, product owners, technical leads and architects Understanding, advocating and augmenting the platform principles, guidelines and standardsAligning with application development and ensuring standards and quality are metStaying abreast of user feedback by attending and reviewing UX Research sessionsDeveloping with the user in mind and having a clear understanding of what KBI we are targeting with each ticketWhat you haveRequired QualificationsBS or MS degree in Computer Science7 years of full stack application development experience and experience mentoring / assisting junior team developers on team Proven experience developing and implementing applications, particularly web-enabled applications using : HTML, Javascript, CSS, angular, bootstrap, backbone.NET web and service development using C#Solid understanding in web application environments and development tools, session state management, web configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies. Preferred QualificationsA passion for digital innovation and commitment to superb client experienceSolid understanding in web application environments and development tools, session state management, web configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies.
