The Charter Oak is a highly acclaimed new-American restaurant boasting 250 seats, multiple Private Event venues, a multi-faceted team and our own 3.5 acre Farm. - Comfortable interacting with guests and members of our community
- Able to multi-task and function well under pressure
- Has some experience using reservations software and / or quick to learn and utilize these programs
- Understanding of the basic functions of a high volume, upscale casual restaurant

- Eager and proactive about learning and understanding our product
