The Chase Agency LLC is one of upstate New York's largest process serving companies. We have an immediate need to hire a reliable Administrative Assistant who will also be a courier to local courts and business offices within walking distance.
We are in need of a warm and intelligent person to interact with our servers, handle mail, order office supplies, run office related errands, and keep the office clean and organized. We'll train you - so you don't need any experience in this role.

Responsibilities:
You’ll be the friendly voice our future clients hear that introduces them to our world-class customer service. You’ll receive calls and e-mails from people that want to hire our agency. You’ll add their information into our online platform, share our legal services, answer general questions, and provide them with administrative support. We’ll provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS Notary Public License (Preferred)
- High School Diploma/GED (required)

Compensation:
- Base pay for this position is $17 per hour.
Schedule Requirements:
- Part-time, schedule is flexible and negotiable.
- 20-30 hours per week.
