This role is crucial in overseeing the total operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a supportive and compliant environment. Your Impact as an Executive Director
In this role, you will:
- Ensure Compliance: Manage the facility’s total operations to align with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Implement Policies and Procedures: Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring they align with state and federal guidelines while developing facility-specific policies.
- Maintain Resident Assessments: Complete and manage 2067 forms for all residents to ensure proper documentation.
- Recruit and Retain Staff: Recruit, orient, and retain competent and dedicated staff.
- Manage Business Operations: Oversee business functions, including admissions, ancillaries, accounts payables/receivables, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Promote Facility Services: Market facility services to community partners and support staff in marketing responsibilities.
- Foster a Collaborative Team: Build and maintain an effective team to manage daily operations efficiently.
- Process Payroll: Ensure payroll is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Assist with Communications: Support phone management and address inquiries when needed.
- Address Concerns: Assist residents, family members, visitors, and staff with concerns, complaints, and general issues.
- Coordinate Admissions: Oversee the admissions process for new residents.
- Develop Staff: Implement ongoing staff development programs and training sessions.
- Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.
