Kitchen Staff

Team members are enrolled in the tip pool which works out at an additional $10-$12 an hour. So total compensation is approx $20-$25 an hour.

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties

• Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Support cooks by preparing ingredients and ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked.
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service.
• Participate in banquet setups as needed, ensuring all food items are presented attractively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Skills

• Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation.
• Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
