Requirements:
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met for all banquet meals.
- Oversee prep, production, and breakdown of banquet functions, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage food cost in line with budget goals.
- Train, mentor, and supervise banquet line staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
