A growing hotel management group is looking for a Complex Sales Manager to oversee two of their upscale properties in Key Largo, FL!
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Sales/Catering Manager role in upscale hotel operations.
- Familiarity with Sales and Marketing tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming event and catering inquiries in accordance with both Franchise and Corporate standards.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss event details, providing property tours and showcasing venue features and available services.
- Block appropriate function space based on group requirements to optimize space usage and manage labor costs efficiently.
- Recommend customized menu options that align with client needs while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Catering and/or Director of Sales & Marketing to coordinate special requests and create unique menu options for clients; facilitate introductions between clients and the Executive Chef when appropriate.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
