Qualifications:
-3-5 years of experience as a CDC, Sous Chef, or Kitchen manager
-Advanced culinary knowledge, including food production, menu development, and compliance with health and safety standards.
-Strong leadership skills, including problem-solving, team development, and conflict resolution with the ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Responsibilities:
-Oversee kitchen operations to ensure quality, quantity, and timely preparation of food, maintaining high standards for guest dining experiences, safety, and sanitation.
-Manage and develop kitchen staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and addressing performance to ensure effective teamwork and compliance with policies.
-Monitor expenses and staffing levels in line with budget guidelines and business needs while supporting compliance with internal regulatory requirements.
