## Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine for a high-volume farm to table restaurant to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a positive work environment.
## Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and create innovative menus
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in training kitchen employees on proper techniques and procedures
5 years of Sr. Sous Chef/CDC experience.
Upscale/ chef driven concept experience a must.
Strong leadership and development skills.
High volume experience a must.
Expectations:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
