Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in fine dining or catering
- Strong leadership skills in team management, training, and development
- Expertise in food purchasing, cost control, and HACCP compliance
- Valid driver’s license; must pass FAA security clearance and drug screenings
Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and food safety compliance
