Non-Negotiables

  • Tenure : Minimum 3 years in a multi-unit, high-volume, food-focused restaurant group
  • Experience :
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
  • Proven ability to create exciting and memorable dishes
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and vendors
  • A creative thinker with a passion for food and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences

Responsibilities

  • Oversee All Culinary for ALL Bowery Group Restaurants
  • Responsible for all food related financials
  • Oversees ALL training & development
  • Oversees ALL HR rules, regulations, and guidelines are followed
  • In charge of safety and equipment maintenance.
  • Develops strong communication with FOH Team
  • Works with Social Media and Promotion

    • Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
