Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of the Miami market and local beverage trends.
- Proven experience with restaurant openings (preferred).
- Consistent career history with at least 2 years of tenure in each prior role.
- Expertise in upscale, high-volume restaurant groups or hotels.
- Strong mixology skills and in-depth wine knowledge.
- Established relationships with beverage suppliers in the Miami market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all beverage operations for a large-scale restaurant opening, including concept development and execution.
- Manage inventory and purchasing for multiple bars, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor the Head of Bars, Sommeliers, and bartenders, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Develop and curate innovative beverage menus that align with the restaurant’s brand and concept.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers to source premium products.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to beverage operations.
- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
