Location – Wyoming
Salary - $110k w/ bonus up to 30% (15% guaranteed 15% based on performance)
Benefits – M / D / V / PTO (starting day 1)
Relocation assistance is available plus up to 90 days of temporary housing is provided.
Luxury resort property is seeking a Director of Finance with experience in diverse revenue streams and successfully managing finances in a seasonal resort/hotel environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with excellent skills in creating a professional, supportive environment for guests and resort/hotel department leaders.
- 3 years’ high-volume experience in luxury resorts/hotels with a strong understanding of accounting processes and how hotel operations intersect with these processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Accounting office, including Accounts Payable and cash functions
- Track, evaluate and interpret financial information and make recommendations to maximize profitability and ensure compliance with all operating procedures and standards.
- Support the hotel’s leadership team in maintaining a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and manage business risks.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
