An upscale, full-service hotel in Central Virginia is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Director to join their team!
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager or Director of food and beverage in a luxury setting
- Multi-Unit and banquet experience required
- Strong communicator to team, guests, and hotel partners
- Knowledgeable in business and financial acumen
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire food and beverage operation including upscale dining, lobby bar, casual pub, and private events/banquets.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure profitability. Create pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff. Ensure staff is properly trained in customer service, safety protocols, and product knowledge.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, handle customer complaints or issues, and work to continuously improve satisfaction.
