A beautiful full service hotel in Downtown Richmond is seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join their team!
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hotel Director of Sales and Marketing experience is preferred.
- Hotel banquet and catering experience is required.
- Must be familiar with Delphi FDC
- Strong communicator and leader of others
Responsibilities:
- Manages the sales budget to enable the development of property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectives.
- Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Participates in sales calls with members of the above property Sales and Revenue team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Training and developing sales associates
- Develop strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
