A boutique hotel in Elon, NC is looking for an Executive Chef to run operations!
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine, preferably in a full-service property.
- Boutique hotel experience a plus
- Demonstrated success in improving key performance metrics related to the Food & Beverage department and guest satisfaction.
- Culinary degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Align with team goals, measuring success through the hotel's Food & Beverage profitability and service performance.
- Enhance the culinary experience by elevating food quality and presentation for guests.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of culinary team members.
- Drive business strategy, setting margins and managing operations against projections
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
