- Manage banquet services for up to 60 guests, delivering high-quality dishes in a seamless manner.
- Expertly prepare lobster and other local seafood, highlighting Maine’s signature flavors.
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and food costing to maintain budgetary goals without compromising quality.
- Train, mentor, and inspire the culinary team, fostering a culture of innovation and professionalism.
Qualifications:
