Qualifications :
- Culinary or management degree preferred but not required.
- 6 or more years of high-volume experience.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in kitchen management
- Relevant cuisine (Mexican, Barbeque, Innovative Sea Food)
- Bilingual preferred.
