- fine dining restaurant experience & excellent tenure required (no job-hoppers every 1-2 years)
- chef must be adept at Peruvian cuisine, have a great foundation of skills, an open mind, and a progressive mentality
- minimum 5 years of culinary management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, teach and guide cooks using the best habits, techniques and skills learned in prior experiences.
- Negotiate new vendor contracts and monitor pricing to ensure we’re purchasing the highest quality products at competitive pricing in line with budgeted costs.
- Uphold company standards for consistency, health code compliance, & positive working culture.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
