Requirements

- Greenmarket Expertise: Must be adept at working with locally sourced ingredients.
- Culinary Skills: Strong line cook capabilities with the ability to lead and execute high-quality service in a fast-paced setting.
- Operational Proficiency: Experience in ordering, line checks, and quality control.
- High-Volume Execution: Ability to expedite up to 700 covers per service.
- Fabrication Skills: A plus (or willingness to learn).
- Block System Experience: Preferred but not required.
