Responsibilities:
- Monitor the floor during service, ensuring smooth operations, prompt service, and high guest satisfaction
- Assist in managing and training front-of-house staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring team efficiency.
- Assist with opening/closing procedures, table management, and coordination between kitchen and service staff.
