Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced F&B Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operations. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, service techniques, and cash handling procedures.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect current trends while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee banquet operations, including planning, setup, execution, and teardown of events.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food presentation and adherence to recipes.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role within the hospitality industry.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Background in casual dining or banquet services is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and service.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
