- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar concept.
Experience:
- Must complete the 6-week Manager in Training (MIT) program.
- FOH and BOH responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented, motivated for growth.
- High-volume restaurant experience is a plus.
- Corporate restaurant experience preferred.
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A CAR (NYC candidates may have exceptions on a case-by-case basis).
- Enjoys working within a structured environment.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
