We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead the service team at a high-volume, full-service restaurant in New York City. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and lead the FOH team, fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Maintain service standards and uphold brand values in every guest interaction
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient communication between FOH and BOH
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and conflict resolution as needed
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses

Qualifications
