## Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced high-volume Executive Chef with high-volume fine dining skills to join our growing team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation to deliver an exceptional culinary experience.
## Responsibilities
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop innovative menu items while maintaining high-quality standards
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage
- Manage food costs and work within budgetary guidelines
- Collaborate with the management team to create a cohesive dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
## Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food service management, and inventory management
- Proficient in food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
