A food service group is looking for an Executive Chef for one of their Junior Colleges in Hobbs, NM!
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in hospitality, food service, or a similar industry.
- A strong desire to learn and develop management and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in leadership roles with exposure to contract/budget management, customer service, people development, food services, and negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of food service professionals and cooks, ensuring top-tier food quality and exceptional customer service at all locations.
- Drive personal and team development to foster strong client relationships and achieve key performance indicators (profitability, safety, engagement, etc.).
- Manage financial performance, including P&L ownership for districts, and collaborate with leadership on accurate reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
