Qualifications
- 4 years of Executive Chef or Sr. Sous Chef experience
- High volume experience a must.
- Israeli/Kosher experience a plus but not required.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under the guidance of the Corporate Chef, effectively implementing their vision.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, skill development, and excellence.
- Ensure consistent quality of all dishes by conducting regular tastings, monitoring portion sizes, and maintaining strict adherence to recipes and presentation standards set by the Corporate Chef.
