Responsibilities:
•Manage assigned F&B venues, overseeing all operations, team management, and problem-solving within budget. •Collaborate on strategic planning for operational improvements and growth based on venue performance.
•Lead and support F&B venues by enhancing operations, setting standards, and managing vendor relationships. •Oversee budgeting, analyze financials, and report on venue results and improvement plans.
•Implement programs to improve guest service, team dynamics, and morale.
•Maintain accurate records, assist with cost controls, and drive revenue through marketing.
•Stay current on industry trends and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
•A degree plus 6 years of experience (or 9 years without) in a similar organization, plus 3 years of management experience are required.
•Must obtain Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days.
•Proficiency in relevant software (Microsoft Office, Kronos, InfoGenesis, Red Rock) is essential.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are needed for a fast-paced environment. Maintaining confidentiality is required.
•Effective communication and stakeholder understanding are crucial.
•Must be available for irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
•Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and specific vision abilities, is required.
