Growing Hospitality group looking to add 2 Staff Accountants/Bookkeepers to their team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and/or related fields
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an Accounting Manager or related role, preferable with restaurant or hospitality
- Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge (debits/credits);
- A/P experience and processing;
- Fundamental understanding of the difference between 2 financial statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheets
- Use of AI tools, including Factora.ai to process A/P
- Experience with R365 accounting software a
- Must have hospitality experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing, with accuracy and timeliness, all accounting functions for our entities
- Work in conjunction with the Director of Finance performing bank reconciliations, managing accounts payable and processing timely payments for our restaurants
- Reconcile daily sales summary and daily collections
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
