A thriving international restaurant group is seeking a skilled and dynamic Assistant Director of Operations to lead the successful launch and ongoing operations of a new upscale, high-volume restaurant in Miami, FL. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a world-class dining and nightlife experience in a premier market.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the Miami market, including local dining and nightlife trends.
- Previous experience with restaurant openings (preferred).
- Consistent career history with at least 2 years of tenure in each prior role.
- Proven expertise managing upscale, high-volume restaurant groups.
- Nightlife experience is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations for a large-scale restaurant opening, ensuring a seamless launch and smooth daily operations.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and cost controls.
- Lead recruitment, training, and management of FOH and BOH teams, fostering a high-performing, guest-focused culture.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
