- Previous experience with restaurant openings (highly preferred).
- Consistent career history with at least 2 years of tenure in each prior role.
- Proven expertise in upscale and high-volume restaurant groups or hotels.
- Advanced mixology skills with a passion for creating exceptional beverage programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all bar operations for a large-scale restaurant opening.
- Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus that align with the restaurant's brand and concept.
- Recruit, train, and manage the bar team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, costs, and profitability.
