A growing hospitality group is looking for a Restaurant Manager for their Tex Mex locations in Charlotte, NC!

Qualifications

  • 3 years of Restaurant Management experience
  • Strong work tenure
  • High volume experience a must.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by ensuring all guests receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire team members to consistently perform at their best, promoting a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and operational challenges promptly and professionally.

    • Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
