Salary: $72,000 - $77,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our high-volume casual dining restaurant in Calabasas, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in restaurant operations, team development, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.
• Drive sales and manage costs, including labor, food, and operating expenses, to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain efficient operations.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall dining experiences.
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff to maintain a strong and motivated team.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, casual dining environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management style.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, control costs, and manage P&L.
