Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee departmental P&L and manage operational costs within budget.
- Support leadership in maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor hourly staff, fostering a high-performance team.
- Manage labor schedules in alignment with business forecasts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Drive retail sales opportunities through guest and staff engagement.
- Maintain a strong floor presence and ensure exceptional guest service.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
