- Upscale/scratch kitchen concept experience a must.
Expectations:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and execution.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistency and quality.
