We service the most discerning chefs in a hybrid approach of convenience and superior quality.Mission : The mission of The Chefs’ Warehouse is to provide the world’s greatest ingredients to the world’s best chefs.Position Summary : The Digital Media Specialist should demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and latitude with a keen interest in shaping Allen Brothers' image and values through appropriate communication to the outside world. In this role, you will have a hand in expanding the brand, developing strategic plans with cross-functional teams, and executing against a wide variety of creative and strategic business briefs and marketing channels.What you'll do : Graphic Design and Storytelling : Stay up to date on current editing trends and techniques to enhance storytelling and content performance.Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns and social media.Recommend creative ideas and artistic knowledge to exceed expectations of goals and objectives.Responsible for shooting, editing, and organizing / storing images.Use photo manipulation software such as Adobe Suite to achieve desired results.Partner with different members of the Allen Brothers team to develop videos and digital assets aligned with strategic goals.Enhance brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.Strong understanding of brand architecture, visual identity systems, color theory, and composition.Photography and Videography : Serve as the in-house photographer & videographer for special events & marketing collateral.Perform full production of multimedia content from approved concept to final output and archiving.Take professional photographs of ingredients and beauty shots in studio or on location.Interact with associates / interviewees before and during productions to guide for optimal on-camera performance.Use various food styling techniques to enhance photographs as required.Manage all film production equipment, in-house studio, and video archives.About you : Proven experience as a food photographer & videographer in a competitive industry preferred.2-4 years digital media / video production experience.Graphic design experience showcased in a portfolio.Strong creative presence, knowledge of food industry, and artistic flair preferred.Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects.Flexible to travel to locations as required.Perks & Benefits : Paid Vacations, Paid HolidaysHealth, Dental and Medical BenefitsWeekly payLife InsuranceEmployee discounts for travel and events401kEmployee Stock Purchase PlanThe Chefs' Warehouse is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate based on any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
