Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven product specialist to join our fantastic sales team. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, performing product demonstrations for staff and customers, gathering feedback. In this role, you may also be tasked with facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with new product launches.
To be successful as a product specialist, you must have a passion for the produce you work with and keep expanding produce knowledge. What you’ll do:
- Conducting thorough market research, which may include desktop analysis, sending emails, and making calls.
- Answering all product related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
- Attending meetings, Food shows, And occasionally packers and local farms.
- Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
- Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other executives.
- Assisting with the development of business plans.
- Large responsibility seeing clients and promoting produce on behalf of our sales team.
- Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.
- Identifying new market opportunities.
- Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
- High school diploma or similar.
- Extensive experience in retail, sales, And business to business.
- Ability to memorize details like product specifications.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
