Position Summary: Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned district. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the territory and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Sales Associates.

What you’lldo:
  • Ability to coach, lead and support the existing inside team.
  • Develop Short Term Incentive Programs to keep Inside Team Motivated.
  • Partner with HR to develop performance improvement plans up to and including staff upgrades.
  • Create an optimal inside sales schedule that best supports customer service.
  • Set up staff reception area to provide warm greeting for CW guests.
  • The Inside Sales Manager will own and manage the Non-Stocked Item (NSI) Process.
  • NSI Process: Sales reps submit a Reorder Request for items that aren’t stocked and the manager goes on to approve it
  • Requests must be made by Thursday end of day so Inside Sales Manager can organize requests by region.
  • Weekly Monday Meetings will be held with Regional Sales Managers to approve or deny NSI requests.
  • Decisions will be based on size of customer, how many items they currently buy, value of requested item, and possible profit gains.
  • Once the Inside Sales Manager has list of approvals and denies, they will communicate this information with the sales rep via e-mail.
  • Approvals will be sent to the buyer for ordering.
  • Inside Sales Manager will then track the purchasing flow and notify the rep when product lands.
  • Sales must ship all NSI’s the next day.
About you:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Food Service sales management.
  • Local resident to the defined geographic area is preferred.
  • Food Service Experience is a must.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Relationship Management.
  • Strong understanding of Food Service customers and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a team of Food Service professionals.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive a Food Service sales team.

Responsable del desarrollo y rendimiento de todas las actividades de ventas en el distrito asignado.   • Crear un horario ptimo para el equipo de ventas interno que apoye el mejor servicio al cliente.

  • El Gerente de Ventas Internas será responsable de gestionar el Proceso de Artículos No Almacenados (NSI).
Proceso NSI:
Los representantes de ventas envían una Solicitud de Reorden para artículos no almacenados y el gerente debe aprobarla.
Las solicitudes deben realizarse antes del final del día jueves para que el Gerente de Ventas Internas pueda organizar las solicitudes por regin.
Se realizarán reuniones semanales los lunes con los Gerentes Regionales de Ventas para aprobar o rechazar las solicitudes de NSI.
Las decisiones se tomarán en funcin del tamaño del cliente, cuántos artículos compran actualmente, el valor del artículo solicitado y las posibles ganancias de beneficio.
Una vez que el Gerente de Ventas Internas tenga la lista de aprobaciones y rechazos, comunicará esta informacin al representante de ventas por correo electrnico.
Las aprobaciones se enviarán al comprador para que realice el pedido.
El Gerente de Ventas Internas seguirá el flujo de compras y notificará al representante cuando el producto haya llegado.
Las ventas deben enviar todos los artículos NSI al día siguiente.

Acerca de ti:
  • De 5 a 7 años de experiencia en gestin de ventas en el sector de servicios de alimentos.
  • Se prefiere ser residente local de la zona geográfica definida.
  • Experiencia en el sector de servicios de alimentos es imprescindible.
  • Experiencia con Microsoft Excel.
  • Amplia experiencia en todos los aspectos de la Gestin de Relaciones.
  • Fuerte comprensin de los clientes y las dinámicas y requisitos del mercado de servicios de alimentos.
  • Disposicin para viajar y trabajar en equipo con profesionales del sector de servicios de alimentos.
  • Demostrada capacidad de liderazgo y habilidad para dirigir un equipo de ventas en el sector de servicios de alimentos.
