The Social Media Specialist will run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. Responsibilities include engaging influencers, managing our community by responding to comments, and overseeing customer service across all platforms. Success in this role requires a wealth of pertinent marketing experience and a keen interest in shaping the company's image and values.What you’ll do : Social Media Management
Aid in executing the company's social media strategy under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.Create engaging content and visuals for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of social media assets.Assist in scheduling content to ensure timely postings and maintain consistency across channels.Recommend creative ideas and artistic knowledge to exceed expectations of goals and objectives.Build a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.Monitor the company's brand on social media.Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.Manage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.Respond to comments on each of our accounts.Oversee customer service provided via social media.Coach employees company-wide on content creation best practices.Social Data Analytics and Reporting
