Description
We are currently looking for a Full Time Program Manager to join our Medical Family Therapy Team B team located at the Ardmore Health Clinic working Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Summary:
Oversees therapy services by seeking continuous improvement of clinical services and collaborating with providers and leadership to comprehensively care for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provides family, couple, individual and group therapies as needed
- Implements empirically validated measurements into therapeutic practice to assess for client progress in therapy and to measure overall therapeutic effectiveness with clients
- Collaborates with other professionals to ensure for appropriate care of clients
- Assists in ongoing initiatives to build and maintain referrals for services
- Provides licensing supervision for license candidates and supervisees
- Conducts diagnostic screenings and assessments
- Serves as a resource to other medical professionals in the Chickasaw Nation regarding mental health topics
- Ensures all audits, reports and other operational communications are accurate and timely
- Completes a variety of standard and ad hoc reports as required
- Assists staff with accomplishing goals
- Ensures staff stays in assigned areas
- Investigates and resolves discrepancies
- Resolves minor employee concerns
- Communicates area performance and operational information to line of support
- Approves/denies time off requests
- Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
- Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics

- Ensures employees and resources complete assigned training and development

- Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area
- Assigns, reviews, monitors and ensures performance of assigned staff for area of responsibility
- Participates in candidate selection process
- Assigns tasks and responsibilities of assigned staff
- Reviews and documents work effectiveness of assigned staff
- Coaches and corrects assigned staff through performance deficiencies
- Observes and documents work behaviors of assigned staff
- Ensures cooperative and respectful work relationship of assigned staff including interpersonal training and resolving internal issues
- Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines for assigned work area
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:
Essential:
- Mental health treatment facility
- Sometimes lift and or carry up to 25 lbs
- May be on-call
- May be required to work after hours or on weekends as needed
- Travel is primarily within Chickasaw Nation boundaries
- May be required to assist individuals who are under the influence
