Description
We are currently looking for a Full Time Registration Manager CNMC Clinics ED to join our CNMC Clinics ED Registration Team team located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center.
Summary:
Manages the Registration Department and ensures daily operations are performed both efficiently and effectively while also assuring adequate coverage is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages assigned area
- Balances immediate and long-term priorities: Seeks to meet critical objectives while considering the impact of those decisions and activities on the ability to achieve long-term goals
- Participates in job candidate interviewing and selection process
- May assist manager with one or more managerial responsibilities
- Prepares and tracks budgets
- Staff planning
- Develops, implements, monitors location-specific procedures
- Oversees job functions, development and job performance, including but not limited to, annual evaluations, employee development and performance management
- Conducts hire, separation, and performance reviews of subordinates
- Engages in disciplinary processes when needed
- Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made
- Greets and engages with a smile
- Determines needs, seeks positive experience and outcomes
- Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and/or attending specific qualification schools, etc.
- Prepares monthly reports
- Performs all other duties as assigned

- Standard Driver's License
- Pass general background check
- CN Core Leadership Level 2

- Completion of level two Core Leadership Training within 18 months of the hire or promotion date
