Job Title: Shuttle Driver
General Definition: Transport employees and or customers from a designated route within the parking areas to and from the entrance of the casino. Transport VIP guests to and from the facility.
Supervision Received: Transportation Supervisor

Essential Job Functions:
- Each employee is required to support the mission of the Chickasaw Nation upon becoming a member of the Chickasaw Nation team. Our mission is “To enhance the overall quality of life of the Chickasaw People”.
- Every employee is responsible to create a winning experience for our guests. What is a “winning experience”? It encompasses exemplary guest services, salesmanship of our players’ cards and all properties, and a true passion to serve our guests.
- Transport employees and/ or customers to and from the parking lot to designated stops at the facility.
- Transport VIP guests via tribal vehicle to (including but not limited to) off-site hotels and city airport.
- Complete a pre-trip inspection log, prior to operating any tribal shuttle bus or limo. This includes checking for any previous exterior and interior damage, emergency equipment (fire extinguisher, first aid kits, etc), braking system (back alarms and emergency brakes etc.), vehicle safety (tire pressure, turn, signals, head and tail lights, etc.) and cleanliness of the vehicle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School or GED preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of departmental rules, regulations, and policies.
- Must be able to be able to operate a multi-passenger vehicle. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a tribal vehicle.
- Ability to work in environment not necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy weather conditions for long periods of time.
- Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods of time in order to properly perform the assigned job duties.
- Must be able to work varied hours, as needed including weekend and holidays.
- Must have good driving record.
Training and Experience:
· Six months of customer experience (preferred)
Licenses/Certifications/Other:
- Must be able to pass background check and receive a gaming license from the Chickasaw Nation office of the Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.
- Must be able to complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
Must have valid CDL license with “p” endorsement
