Duties
- Assist with cash handling and ensure accurate transactions during service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support banquet and catering operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of events.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas.
- Help manage bar services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Take on leadership responsibilities when necessary, guiding team members during busy shifts.
- Assist the Assistant Manager in daily operational tasks as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Strong background in hospitality and customer service.
- Experience in banquet and catering services is preferred.
