$4,500 Sign-on and Retention Bonus for full-time Clinical Supervisors (LCSW), sign-on bonus payable as $1,500 at time of hire, $1,500 at passing of probation, and $1,500 at one-year anniversary date.
Compensation
The Child Center of NY offers competitive salaries and benefits, and rewards clinicians for performance. Clinical supervisors carry a smaller caseload based on volume of supervisees, which makes them eligible for a lucrative performance incentive, often ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 incentives per year in additional earnings based on individual clinician performance.

The Child Center of NY has locations throughout NYC, as well as remote and hybrid options. As long as you are licensed to delivery services in New York State, there is a supervision or therapeutic role here for you. Fee-for-service employment options are also available.

Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) is responsible for providing supervision to assigned clinicians ensuring client care is consistent with standards of best practice and meets principles of social work/counseling practice. The clinical supervisor will also provide training to clinicians and interns in the behavioral health division on policies, procedures, and application of clinical best practices. The clinical supervisor will also be involved in other program management tasks. Each clinical supervisor also carries a caseload that is pro-rated to the number of supervisees and provides individual and group counseling and direct service to children, teens, adults, and families. Services include screening and assessment, treatment planning, provision of counseling/psychotherapy and crisis intervention. The Licensed Social Worker is a member of the treatment team and collaborates with other team members.
