Position: After School / Preschool Support Teacher
We are seeking a passionate Afterschool Teacher to join our team! Your primary role will be to manage and assist with the day-to-day operations of the classroom. You’ll foster a love of learning in our children by planning and implementing creative, developmentally appropriate activities. As an integral part of our community, you’ll also contribute to the professional development of staff, volunteers, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Transporting students from elementary schools to the center
- Plan and implement engaging, creative daily activities for students.
- Serve as a positive role model for the children.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure child safety and developmental progress.
- Organize and supervise daily schedules and curriculum activities.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in childcare or classroom settings.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to provide quality care and education to infants and toddlers.
- First Aid certification and familiarity with child development.
- Strong classroom and behavior management skills.
- Previous experience in nannying, babysitting, or caregiving roles is a plus.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
