We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Floater to join our educational team. The Floater will play a vital role in supporting various classrooms, ensuring that all students receive the attention and care they need. Duties
- Provide support to teachers in various classrooms, adapting to the needs of each learning environment.
- Engage with children in activities that promote literacy education and early learning concepts.
- Assist in the implementation of Montessori methods, ensuring a hands-on approach to learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers as needed.
- Support children during transitions between activities and assist with classroom management.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to child care and education.
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
